Just a short drive away you will find many restaurants, marinas, golf courses and shopping centers. Equipped with everything you would expect to find at home. This property consists of Gulf front two bedroom/two bathroom units. Each fully furnished unit is equipped with a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer. Additional comforts to enjoy during your stay include air conditioning, iron and ironing board, in-room safe and cable television with HBO. The oversized Gulf front balconies have access from both the living room and the master bedroom. **Singles under 25 years are prohibited unless married or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. There must be one parent or legal guardian for every two persons under 25 years. Chaperoned groups are not permitted.** **Recreational vehicles, personal watercraft and RV's are not permitted on the rental property.**
