Guest services available at the property include a security gate and on-site check in office, an on-site bar and grill that is open from April to October, daily beach service, free video rentals and winter guest activities. Guests of the High Pointe Resort also have access to the kiddie pool, outdoor hot tub, tennis courts, handicap accessible boardwalk and outdoor grills. These new luxurious two bedroom/two bath condominiums are fully stocked with all the comforts of home. Each unit has a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, VCR, and balcony. Other amenities that are provided with each unit include air conditioning, cable television and free daily video rental. Linens and towels are provided for guest's convenience. **Singles under 25 years are prohibited unless married or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. There must be one parent or legal guardian for every two persons under 25 years.
