Guests at this resort have many options for fun without ever leaving the property. Pelican's Play Zone is a new children's activity program. It will keep your children entertained and excited about their stay in Destin. There is a fitness center within the Terrace building. It offers various exercise equipment. Enjoy a massage from the massage therapist in the health spa. You will also find a video game room, swimming pools, kiddie pool and whirlpool on this beautiful property. Play a game of tennis on the tennis courts and enjoy a grilled meal on the outdoor gas barbecue grills in the pool area. For your convenience, parking is available as well as washers and dryers in all two bedroom units and coin-operated facilities on every floor near the central stairwell. This property has a three night minimum stay requirement. For guests with reservations between March 22 and April 27, a $300 security deposit plus an amenity fee of $5 for each day of the reservation are payable upon arrival. The deposit and amenity fees may be paid by cash, personal check, money order or traveler's check. The security deposit will be refunded within 21 days of departure, provided there is no damage to the unit or unpaid balances. The Terrace at Palican Beach does not rent to anyone under the age of 25 unless they are accommpanied by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult. Between March 22 and April 27, the ratio in each reservation must be at least 1(one) parent/guardian or responsible adult to every two(2) underage youths. After registering, parents and/or guardians must remain with all underage youths for the duration of the stay. Parents are expected to provide supervision of their children. During the spring break period of March 22 through April 27, special registration policies will be in effect. All youths under the age of 25 years will be issued colored wristbands at time of registration which must be worn throughout the stay. During this spring break period, access to the Resort will be restricted to registered guests only. Visitors are not permitted. It will be easy to cool down after a warm Florida afternoon in your air- conditioned two-bedroom condominium with ceiling fans. Enjoy the gorgeous view from your own private balcony/patio. Kick back and enjoy cable television with a video player in your separate spacious living area. Each condominium boasts a fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.
