Pelican Beach Resorts and Conference Center features condo rentals that combine relaxed elegance with refined southern charm. Located in the heart of Destin and overlooking the world-famous white sand beaches, Pelican Beach Resorts and Conference Center offers a level of style and hospitality unsurpassed. Towering an impressive 19 stories above the beach, this property offers some of the most spectacular views on the Emerald Coast! Guests can enjoy a choice of three pools, a spa, fitness center, conference center, poolside bar, deli, tennis courts, covered garage parking, game center, laundry facilities, outdoor grills, activities for children, and much, much more! This property has a three night minimum stay requirement. For guests with reservations between March 22 and April 27, a $300 security deposit plus an amenity fee of $5 for each day of the reservation are payable upon arrival. The deposit and amenity fees may be paid by cash, personal check, money order or traveler's check. The security deposit will be refunded within 21 days of departure, provided there is no damage to the unit or unpaid balances. Pelican Beach Resorts does not rent to any persons under the age of 25 years unless they are accommpanied by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult. Between March 22 and April 27, the ratio in each reservation must be at least 1(one) parent/guardian or responsible adult to every two(2) underage youths. After registering, parents and/or guardians must remain with all underage youths for the duration of the stay. Parents are expected to provide supervision of their children. During the spring break period of March 22 through April 27, special registration policies will be in effect. All youths under the age of 25 years will be issued colored wristbands at time of registration which must be worn throughout the stay. During this spring break period, access to the Resort will be restricted to registered guests only. Visitors are not permitted. Enjoy beautiful views of the gulf as you relax on the balcony of your one or two bedroom condominium unit. Relax in air conditioning as you lounge after a long day of sun and sand. Each unit has separate living and sleeping areas as well as two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy all the amenities of home such as cable television and video player, telephone with voicemail and modem line, iron and ironing board, alarm clock radio, and ceiling fans. Two bedroom units have a washer and dryer in the unit. Coin operated laundry facilities are located on each floor near the stairwell.
