Hotel Kong Frederik is a four-star deluxe hotel with a unique atmosphere. It is perfectly situated by the Town Hall Square, next to Tivoli Gardens and the main pedestrian street, Strøget. The hotel was given its current name in 1898. However, the hotel dates back much further. There have been inns, pubs and hotels on the site since the 14th century, which gives us centuries of tradition when it comes to making our customers feel at home. Hotel Kong Frederik extends complimentary access to the luxurious Spa & Fitness facility at our sister hotel, Hotel D'Angleterre, to all resident guests. FREDERIKS Bar & Restaurant opened on 1 July 2000. The classic Victorian English style with dark paneling and Chesterfield furniture is a superbly elegant contrast to the bright and airy atmosphere of the rest of the restaurant. The cuisine is international with emphasis on modern French cuisine. The head chef is adamant in his emphasis on fresh seasonal produce. Enjoy!
